Overview
Kyvos Dialogs provides three views—Chat, Context, and Pin Board—The Chat, Context, and Pin Board tabs provide different views within a chat session. Use these tabs to switch between interacting with the AI, managing the contextual instructions that guide responses, and accessing pinned content for quick reference—all without leaving the current conversation.

Chat tab
Caption | Description |

| Switches between the Chat, Context, and Pin Board views. |
| Searches AI Spaces, semantic models, and other available entities by name. |
| Provides options to set the Kyvos Dialogs as the landing page and manage files. |
| Starts a new conversation in Kyvos Dialogs. |
| Displays previously created chat sessions, allowing you to reopen and continue earlier conversations. |
| Displays the question or prompt submitted by the user. |
| Displays the AI-generated response, including visualizations, insights, explanations, and supporting information. |
| Displays the data source used to generate the response and provides actions such as pinning, copying, downloading, sharing, providing feedback, and other response-related options. |
| Lets you enter a new question, attach files, or use voice input to continue the conversation. |
| Provides additional options such as Share, Export as PDF, Chat Settings, Set as Landing Page, and Clear Chat. |
Context tab
Caption | Description |

| Opens the Context tab, where you can configure and manage instructions that guide AI responses for the selected AI Space. |
| Click the button to view the instruction tips. |
| Provides guidance, best practices, and sample instructions to help you create effective AI Space and query instructions. |
| Displays the available Global Context and Personal Context sections, allowing you to switch between AI Space Instructions, semantic model contexts, and verified queries. |
| Lets you define and update AI Space instructions, including Business Context, Querying Instructions, and Summary Instructions to guide AI responses. |
Pin board
Caption | Description |
|---|---|
| Opens the Pin Board view, where all pinned responses are organized for quick access and reference. |
| Provides options to manage the pinned response, such as viewing additional actions or expanding the response. |
| Displays the visualization associated with the pinned response. You can expand or collapse this section as needed. |
| Displays the AI-generated summary for the pinned response. You can expand or collapse this section to focus on relevant information. |
