✅ SaaS: AWS, Azure, and GCP

This section explains how users can monitor notifications in the Kyvos SaaS Portal to stay informed about system events and activities. It helps users track updates such as cluster deployment notifications and other important portal alerts.

You can monitor system alerts and activities related to your clusters, subscriptions, and resource usage.

To monitor notifications, perform the following steps.

  1. From the left navigation panel, click Monitor.

  2. In the Monitor pane, select Notifications. The notifications for the last 30 days are displayed in the right.

  3. Click the following options:

    • Show Unread Only – Filter the list to display only unread notifications.

    • Mark All As Read – Mark all notifications in the list as read.

Each notification entry includes:

  • Event title (e.g., Cluster Deployment Failed)

  • Details describing the event

  • Timestamp (e.g., 3 days ago)

Alerts for Missing Cluster Usage Data

Starting with Kyvos 2026.6, if a cluster is running (online) and the SaaS Portal does not receive any usage data from the BI Server for a certain period, SaaS Admin and SaaS Devops teams are automatically notified. Notifications are delivered both in the Notifications section of the portal and via email.

These alerts help teams quickly identify and investigate data interruptions or failures, ensuring system continuity and reliability.

Note

The SaaS Portal checks online clusters every hour to verify whether their consumption data was last published before the defined threshold. If the consumption data has not been published, a notification should be generated once in every 24 hours.
