Working with Git connection

Overview

You can create Git connections in Kyvos to integrate and manage version-controlled repositories for pushing and pulling supported objects such as Semantic Models, AI Spaces, and Workbooks.

Creating a Git connection

To create a Git connection, perform the following steps.

  1. Navigate to the Connections page.

  2. Click Add Connection.

  3. In the Name field, enter the connection name.

  4. From the Category list, select Version Control.

  5. From the Provider list, select the required Git provider, for example, GitLab or Bitbucket.

  6. From the Authentication Type list, select the required authentication method, such as Personal Access Token.

  7. In the User Name field, enter the Git account username.

  8. In the Password field, enter the personal access token or password.

  9. In the URL field, enter the Git repository URL.

  10. Optionally, click Properties to configure additional connection properties.

  11. Click Test to validate the connection.

  12. Click Save to create the Git connection.
