Overview
This section describes how to use Terraform scripts to automatically provision and configure the infrastructure required for a Kyvos cluster on GCP. The automated deployment method creates all required resources and services, and automatically triggers the Kyvos installation once provisioning is complete.
Deployment Workflow
Action | Details |
|---|---|
Review the prerequisites | Confirm all required permissions, configurations, and resources are in place. |
Download the deployment scripts | Download the Kyvos-provided Terraform scripts available at [GCP installation scripts] to create the required GCP resources and automatically initiate the Kyvos installation. |
Deploy Kyvos resources | Configure and run the Terraform script to deploy Kyvos resources on GCP. |
Verify the deployment | Once GCP resources are provisioned, Kyvos installation starts automatically — no manual cluster deployment is needed during this stage. Log in to Kyvos Manager and check the ‘Operations’ page to confirm the cluster deployment status. |
Tip
To deploy using password-based authentication or custom hostnames, use the wizard-based deployment method instead — these options aren't supported with automated (Terraform-based) deployment.
