Important points for using Dialogs bot in Slack
What you need to know to get started with the Dialogs bot in Slack
After the administrator grants the required access, the Dialogs Bot becomes available in Slack.
If you have been added to the channel but do not have permission to use the Dialogs bot, you can view all conversations, but cannot submit queries or perform any actions. To use the Dialogs bot within Slack, appropriate access must be granted. Contact your administrator to request the necessary permissions.
Ensure that queries shared in channel chats do not expose sensitive or restricted information, as responses are visible to all participants. Users with different Row-Level Security (RLS) or Column-Level Security (CLS) permissions may be able to view responses in a group chat that exceed their individual access rights.
At any given time, conversational analytics with the Dialogs bot can be performed on only one active AI Space.
