Description:
This property identifies the user management mode and controls the listing of users and groups based on the selected mode.
Values and behavior:
All: Displays all users and groups. This is the default setting.
SAAS: Displays the list of users and groups to which the logged-in user belongs.

Comes into effect:
Need to restart the Analytical Server.
Environment:
Applicable in all environments.
