Settings Filters

You can apply filters to narrow down the list of published reports.

1. Open a published report.

2. Select Filters.
   The Setting Filters page appears.

Open

• By Published Name
  When a report is published, it is saved on the report server with a specified name.

  • In Published Name Includes, enter one or more characters from the published name.

  • Example: Enter dec to locate “Customer Order December 2025.”

  • Select Apply.

• By Approval Process Status
  Filter reports by approval status: All, None, Approved, Pending, or Rejected.

• By Report Name

  • In Select Report, select the object selector icon.

  • Navigate to the folder where the report is deployed.

  • Double-click the report to select it and close the selector.

  • Select Apply.

• Orphan Reports
  Select Orphan to view published reports whose layout (report definition) no longer exists.

• By Updated Dates

  • In Updated Between, specify a date range.

  • To list reports published after a date, enter a start date and leave the end date blank.

  • To list reports published up to a date, leave the start date blank and enter an end date.

  • Select Apply.

• By Owner

  • In Select Owner, specify the organization and user that published the report.

  • By default, a super administrator can view all self-published reports and public reports published by others.

• Private Owned By

  • None: Do not display private reports.

  • Selected User: Display private reports published by a specific user.

  • Selected Org: Display private reports published by users of the selected organization.

  • All: Display all private reports.

• Public Owned By

  • None: Do not display public reports.

  • Selected User: Display public reports published by a specific user.

  • Selected Org: Display public reports published by users of the selected organization.

  • All: Display all public reports.
