Operations on Schedules

Applies to: Kyvos Reporting

You can add, modify, or delete a scheduled job from the Job List screen.

• Add a Job
  
  

  Open

  

  1. Click Add. The Job Details screen opens.

  2. Enter the required details and select Save.

  3. The new job appears in the schedule list.

• Modify a Job

  Open

  

  • Click the Actions menu (…) and select Modify.

  • Update the details in the Job Details screen.

  • Select Save to apply changes.

• Delete a Job

  • Click the Actions menu (…) icon and select Delete.

  • Confirm the deletion in the dialog box.
    Note
    If a job is currently running, it continues until completion even after deletion.

• View Job Execution Status

  • Click the Actions menu (…) and select Jobs Execution Status.

  • The Job Execution Status screen displays a chart showing:

    • Succeeded jobs

    • Failed jobs

    • Completed jobs

    • Upcoming jobs

    • Canceled jobs

These schedules are private to the user who created them.
