When you right-click an entity in Explorer, the context menu displays options relevant to the entity type and your access rights.
Example: Query Object (Designer/Administrator Access)
When you right-click a Query Object, the following options are typically available:
Modify – Open the query for editing.
Create:
Ad hoc Report
Studio Report
Run – Execute the query to preview data.
Schedule – Set up scheduled execution and delivery.
Cut / Copy / Delete
Advanced Properties – View and configure advanced query settings.
Add to Favorites – Mark the entity as a favorite for quick access.
Note
The available actions may vary depending on your assigned access rights (Administrator, Designer, or User).
