The following permissions are required for Load Balancer entries manipulation to be added to the role.

AWS

  - "elasticloadbalancing:RegisterTargets",
  - "elasticloadbalancing:DeregisterTargets"
  - "elasticloadbalancing:DescribeTargetGroups"
  - "elasticloadbalancing:ModifyTargetGroup"
