Description:
This function is used to return the set that is a subset of parameter set, starting at the first member's parameter till the second one.
Syntax:
Range(Member_Expression1, Member_Expression2)
Return type:
SET
Parameters:
Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
Member_Expression1 | It is a valid MDX expression that returns a member. |
Member_Expression2 | It is a valid MDX expression that returns a member. |
Example:
select
[Measures].[Internet Order Count] on columns,
RANGE([Customer].[Geography].[Country].&[Australia], [Customer].[Geography].[Country].&[Germany]) on rows
FROM [AdventureWorksMF_latest]
